Day 2

I failed to make it last night so today is really day 1. I wanted to focus on getting proper food for the week, and make some meals ahead of time. I reference the body for life's book called eating for life. I have some healthy steak enchiladas waiting for me tonight. The workout was a chest and back with abs. I didn't walk to the gym so I can't count a cardio day.
